My house flooded in May and I had renters insurance through my landlord and nothing was covered I lost so much of my personal belongings called State Farm and Monica made sure I had all the coverage I needed! Lesson learned NEVER going through your landlord or apartment company for renters insurance bc they don’t help you at all. Not only does he personally answer the phone when you call (which in my experience is unheard of) but he is always on the ball with getting things done when I request it. I was broke down in TX and he was there for me to help me and my 3 kids to safety! When I need anything he is always my knight on a white horse!
